First-Class Mail

ProSORT's rigorous quality checks and state-of-the-art security systems ensure that your First- Class mail is treated with the highest level of integrity. Regardless of whether your mailing is large or small, metered or preprinted with a permit number, ProSORT can commingle the mail with mail from our other clients that is going to the same ZIP codes to qualify it for larger postal discounts while still maintaining tight controls.

Standard Mail

ProSORT sets a superior standard for accuracy, efficiency, and service by commingling large volumes of Standard mail at high speeds and low costs.  We also offer “store and stage” for Standard mail which needs to be mailed at a future date, freeing up space in your facility from large quantities of mail and ensuring that the mail drops on time.

ProFLATS

Substantial postal savings can be realized by using ProSORT to commingle larger, non-letter mail pieces.  The ProFLATS process weighs each flat and adds postage payment, so ProSORT customers are not required to meter flats upfront.  In addition, postal automation barcodes are added to First-Class and Standard flats, allowing for postage discounts and timely delivery.  The ProFLATS system has the ability to track postage due by client, department, or cost-center.
