ProNOW BOX
Why pay $0.45 cents postage on a letter when you can pay less? You can use the ProNOW Box to save money on metered letters. ProSORT is licensed by the United States Postal Service to process and sort mail.
With the ProNOW box, even businesses mailing smaller volumes can take advantage of lower presorted postage rates that typically are only available to businesses with large quantities. Deposit your mail in the ProNOW box versus the Post Office mailbox, and start saving TODAY!
HOW TO START
- No contract or minimum quantity required.
(Just one form that you fill out provided by us.)
- Meter your letters at $0.424.
- Deposit the letters in the ProNOW box.
- ProNOW boxes are picked up Monday thru Friday after 5:00pm.
- All mail is processed the same day.
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS FOR ProNOW Box
- 1 and 2 ounce First-Class Domestic letters only!
- Metered letters only. No stamped mail.
- Maximum size: 6 1/8 inches high, 11 ½ inches long, ¼ inch thick and flexible.
- Please avoid using dark colored or metallic envelopes.
