ProSORT will schedule pickups at your location daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or annually. Additional “special” pickups can also be arranged to meet your mailing requirements.

Qualifying mail is barcoded with a delivery-point Intelligent Mail Barcode (IMb) for more efficient movement through the U.S. Postal Service.

Innovative Security
ProSORT employs a state-of-the-art biometric, card reader, and camera security system throughout the entire facility, and all employees have undergone extensive background checks. Also, all of the company’s uniformed drivers are in-house (non-contractor) employees, and all of our trucks are monitored with sophisticated GPS software, so your mail always remains under tight control.
Reliability
ProSORT has over 25 years of professional mail presorting expertise. We are a licensed Detached Mail Unit (DMU) of the United States Postal Service and use processes and controls as defined by the USPS Mail Preparation Total Quality Management program.
